Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Lead for a distributor in McDonough, GA.

This role directs and monitors nightly production, oversees daily production operations, and ensures materials and supplies are available to keep schedules on track.

The schedule is Mon-Thurs 5pm-Completion and Sun 5pm-8pm, with Fridays and Saturdays off; pay is $20-$22 per hour, plus benefits including healthcare, vacation, holiday pay and 401K.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years specific production lead experience.
• Must be familiar with using Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors nightly production
• Responsible for daily operations of production
• Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available for production
• Communicate deficiencies to ensure production is on time
• Manage orders, quality control, safety, equipment operations
• Review production forecast
• Communicate effectively to minimize delays
• Other duties as assigned
