Job summary

Calbee North America is seeking a Production Associate to perform trimming and packaging tasks in our potato processing operations. You will follow GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and SQF guidelines while supporting production schedules and maintaining quality and food safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, clean work environment on a night shift from 6:45pm to 7:00am, Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand documentation and labels related to cleaning and sanitizing.
• Ability to communicate effectively, write legibly, and speak in English.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Perform trimming and packaging tasks to ensure efficiency and adherence to company procedures.
• Follow supervision instructions and work designated shifts.
• Monitor product quality and minimize product loss.
• Ensure packaging and trimming meet established quality standards.
• Communicate with other departments to maintain production flow.
• Assist in sanitation processes and participate in required training sessions.
