Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Production Associate to move finished products from presses to pallets and assist with labeling and data entry. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required while opportunities for advancement exist.

You will work a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am) on-site at two Harrisonburg locations. Competitive pay plus benefits and a path for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 20–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Consistent work history.
• Machine experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate robots and stackers to move book sections from presses.
• Strap sections together and place on pallets.
• Enter book data into a computer, print labels, and palletize.
• Perform routine cleaning and lubrication for a safe work area.
