Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a manufacturing associate for the night shift in Pennsylvania to set up, run, and maintain equipment for filling and packaging products. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and productive operations on a 6:00pm–6:30am schedule with a 36/48-hour alternating pattern.

Responsibilities include operating HSDs, filling machines, robotics and labelers; monitoring materials and quality; keeping logs; and collaborating with teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Preferred: 1 year of manufacturing/distribution facility experience.
• Preferred: experience monitoring gauges, dials or other machinery indicators.
• Preferred: experience operating packaging equipment and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint making control systems and equipment such as HSDs, filling machines, pumps, valves, robotics, case packers, labelers, forklifts in a safe, efficient manner.
• Breakdown and clean all equipment including pumps, tanks, valves, and lines.
• Package and label filled containers to specifications.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Comply with policies and standard operating procedures.
• Keep equipment logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain production records and reporting as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize manufacturing procedures.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily.
