Job summary

American Games in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking dependable General Production Associates to join our finishing department. You’ll support production, assembly, packaging, quality inspection and shipment of gaming products in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll learn multiple production processes, work with an experienced team, and grow within a stable manufacturing company. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly or packaging is helpful but training is provided.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished goods and production skids throughout the facility.
• Operate and assist with production equipment including collators, cutters, folders and packaging machinery.
• Stage materials to maintain continuous production flow.
• Inspect products for quality, verify serial numbers and meet specifications.
• Hand collate, assemble, label and package gaming products.
• Palletize finished products for storage and distribution.
