Job summary

American Games in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an Advanced Production Associate. This hands-on role supports production, packaging and material handling across multiple areas of our manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production, packaging and material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, package, label and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control and material tracking.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to support operational needs and career development.
• Work collaboratively with operators, leads, supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Other duties as required.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Production Associate, you'll support multiple areas of our manufacturing operation, helping ensure products are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a hands-on position where you'll receive training and gain experience across production, packaging, inventory, shipping and material handling operations.
