Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools, including tape measures and calipers.
• Mechanically inclined and interested in learning machine operations.
• Ability to stand and work for 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet required size, consistency, and color standards.
• Use hand tools such as tape measures and calipers to verify measurements and maintain accuracy.
• Check material color and consistency prior to loading materials into the mixer.
• Assist machine operators during product size changeovers.
• Learn to identify production issues and assist with basic machine resets to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about quality concerns or production issues.
