Job summary

Join Staffmark Group as a Production Associate in Mooresville, NC, where you'll package and inspect products in a safety-focused environment. This 12-hour rotating role offers $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, enjoys teamwork, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of packaging and palletizing experience required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to customer and production specifications.
• Inspect products for quality issues and report defects to supervisors.
• Stack, wrap, and label pallets for shipment.
• Ensure packaging materials are stocked and available for production.
• Count, weigh, and report scrap materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
• Assist with production activities and machinery operation as needed.
