Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Experience in manufacturing/production preferred.
• Must communicate in English with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, cold, noisy, or dusty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support production packaging and processing operations, sanitation, startup, changeover and shutdown of equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and coordinate with maintenance to resolve.
• Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily to meet specs.
• Participate in startup, changeover and shutdown of equipment.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives to boost platform performance.
• Assist in training new employees.
