Job summary

Qualifications

• Collaborate with shift supervisors to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Load raw materials onto production lines and stage supplies for packaging.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery and packaging equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks and inspect packaging for defects.
• Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organize work area during shift transitions.
• Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
• Material Handling: Load materials, stage supplies, and finalize products for shipping.
