Job summary

Qualitrol, a manufacturer of monitoring and protection devices, is seeking Production Assemblers to join the Fairport, NY team. Both A and C shifts available. No experience needed (but experience is a plus).

Starting pay is $23.50/hour + overtime opportunities + shift differential $4.50 with overtime available. Excellent benefits package includes 28 days of paid time off, first-day health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Proficient English reading and writing; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment such as presses, drills, welding machines, and winders.
• Rotate in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Pack finished product for shipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Contribute to cell improvements and adhere to quality standards.
