Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to train and coach others.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule.
• Set daily/weekly objectives and communicate to staff.
• Lead and develop operators, creating equipment and system ownership.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors to regulate production and meet goals.
• Evaluate job performance of operators and ensure safety procedures.
