Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking candidates for a full-time Cracker Processing role on swing shift. You will safely operate a forklift, perform utility duties, and assist with setup of processing machines such as mixers and ovens.

Overtime and weekend work are required, with a strong emphasis on food safety and GMP compliance. Starting pay is $22.65 per hour with benefits including health, dental, 401k and wellness programs from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and complete utility driver cracker bin inventory duties.
• May also be trained to set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mixer, laminator, oven, and scaler.
• Will rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires; may be scheduled to cover Utility driver.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
• Overtime and weekend work will be required.
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
• Heavy lifting will be required.
• Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.
• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the role.
