Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an experienced team member to operate packaging machines within the Packaging Team. You will safely set up, adjust and run packaging equipment across multiple brands and lines, with opportunities to rotate positions and support scheduling needs.

Rosters include graveyard shifts; applicants must read, write and speak English. High school diploma or GED is required, with production line or food handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience in production line manufacturing preferred.
• Food service/food handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate packaging machines safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate packaging machines (Elopack, Bosch, Nimco, Jones, Sig, WIP Coordinator).
• May rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork.
• Participate as team member to train and cover schedules.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Support preventive maintenance and follow GMPs.
