The trainer will guide pre-shift inspections, enforce safety standards, and promote continuous improvement while supporting documentation and records upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with heavy manufacturing and/or assembly equipment.
• Working knowledge of mathematical functions.
• Basic understanding of computer equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Train machine operators on setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery.
• Provide hands‑on instruction, guidance, and feedback to develop safe operating skills.
• Coach operators on maintaining quality standards and meeting customer expectations.
• Instruct on proper work area setup, material handling, and documentation.
• Promote safe practices, housekeeping, and equipment inspections during shifts.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and skills development to ensure efficient performance.
