Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Process Technician to support wafer manufacturing. You will supervise operations, review data, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve yield, quality, and efficiency, while adhering to procedures.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across shifts and teams within a global leader in data retention and device capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for 12‑hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off).
• Ability to work Night shift.
• Ability to wear cleanroom garments and occasional PPE.

Responsibilities

• Manage semiconductor equipment, evaluate processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve wafer fabrication processes.
• Work with engineering teams to improve workstations and apply troubleshooting paths for issues.
• Monitor process indicators (e.g., SPC charts, dashboards, alarms) and take action using Office tools.
• Communicate clearly, manage time, and follow procedures with minimal direction.
• Collect and review production data using computer‑based systems to support output, quality, and traceability.
• Conduct technical experiments, run tests, and prepare data visualizations to identify yield trends.
• Complete safety training and work in varied environments, including confined spaces, responding to hazards.
• Participate in shift pass‑down and cross‑functional communications for production continuity.
