Job summary

Micron Technology seeks motivated Process Technicians to support wafer manufacturing by monitoring operations, reviewing data, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates should have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and disciplined execution. The role requires flexible 12-hour shift availability and comfort with data dashboards and computer-based systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off or 4 days on/3 days off).
• Ability to wear cleanroom garments and PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage semiconductor equipment and monitor wafer fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve workstations and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor process indicators and identify abnormal conditions; take corrective actions.
• Document production data to support yield, quality, and traceability.
• Participate in shift handoffs and cross-functional communication to ensure continuity.
