Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 1 year in manufacturing-related field preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and safety knowledge
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations to follow the operations plan and identify improvements.
• Physically monitor temperatures, pressures, material flows, and levels.
• Complete sanitation work as assigned.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials relevant to the department.
• Take samples, analyze quality, and record data.
• Maintain logs of instrument readings during hourly rounds.
• Make adjustments to meet operating parameters.
• Notify supervisor of operational or food safety concerns.
• Assist other departments for efficient plant operation.
• Communicate with necessary personnel to ensure operations.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety, quality, and HR policies.
