The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and about 1 year of manufacturing experience. Pay is hourly ($24.00–$26.00) with a $2.00 shift premium once on night shift, with production duties across a biweekly

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: mechanical aptitude and plant safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operations per the plan; identify improvements.
• Measure temperatures, pressures, material flows, levels; evaluate operations.
• Perform sanitation tasks in assigned areas.
• Receive and inspect raw materials, process aids, packaging materials.
• Take samples; analyze quality; record test results.
• Maintain logs of instrument readings during hourly rounds.
• Make adjustments to meet operating parameters.
• Notify supervisor of operational or food safety concerns.
• Assist other departments for efficient operation.
• Communicate with personnel to ensure plant efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies.
