Job summary

Sedron Technologies is seeking a skilled operator for our rotating night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) with a 3 on/4 off pattern. You will operate and monitor chemical processing equipment, collect samples, run tests, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with maintenance, QA, and engineering teams.

The role requires ability to work under pressure, read process diagrams, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for chemistry, biology, environmental science or related field
• Two or more years of experience in process operations
• Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements
• Effective verbal, reading, and written communication in English
• High school diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment according to SOPs
• Follow process instructions and safety regulations
• Oversee cold startup and startup of plant equipment
• Monitor process parameters and adjust to maintain optimal conditions
• Collaborate with maintenance, QC, and supervisors
• Collect samples and perform lab tests to ensure quality and compliance
• Enter and maintain data in CMMS and other software
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and related equipment
• Demonstrate safety and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting
