Job summary

Mars, Incorporated is hiring a Process Operator for the night shift at our Topeka, Kansas manufacturing facility. The role focuses on sustaining efficient production, quality, and continuous improvement within an area team.

You will operate machinery, monitor processes, and assist with documentation and cross-training as needed. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift capability, and the ability to work from a standing position on concrete floors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Ability to stand on a concrete floor for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending/reaching.
• Forklift operation requires OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned activities within a line or area.
• Operates equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains records of quality checks and production data.
• Keeps detailed shift logbooks and documentation.
• Supports maintenance with preventative maintenance.
