Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician for the Manassas, VA site. The role focuses on emergency and routine maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

The position requires hands-on troubleshooting, changeovers, and adherence to GMP and food safety plans. The candidate should have an associate degree with experience or a high school diploma with extensive maintenance background, and be able to lift

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with hands-on maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot various equipment and read electrical/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist with equipment changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Build and install components like shafting, conveyors, and tram rails.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to GMP/SOP/HACCP/FQP.
