You will analyze process issues on the production line, lead trials, and coordinate cross‑department activities to improve efficiency and reduce waste while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production safety required.
• Knowledge of lean production and production quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process-related exceptions and technical issues to ensure smooth production.
• Coordinate activities related to process, materials, and equipment trials on the line.
• Monitor and improve workshop indicators such as yield and repair rates.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and drive cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Coordinate interdepartmental work and provide technical support to customers.
