Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of production safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Lead maintenance team to achieve reliability and uptime targets.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and TPM initiatives.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement improvements to reduce downtime and improve yield.
• Maintain maintenance records, spares inventory, and safety standards.
