Job summary

CCL is seeking skilled Press Operators to join our production team in Charlotte. You will operate and maintain various presses to produce high‑quality products, with hours 4:00pm–2:00am, Monday through Thursday, and Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in press operation preferred.
• Proficiency in programming and operating press machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Good math skills; safety and quality minded.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on presses.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
