Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in press operation or similar manufacturing roles preferred.
• Proficiency in programming and operating press machines preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations.
• Safety conscious, with a solid work ethic and team mindset.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on presses.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed.
