Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for the overnight Printing Department to support production and inspection of packaging products. You will uphold safety, quality and attendance while contributing to plant efficiency.

The role requires reading process manuals, recording measurements, and completing necessary paperwork. A high school diploma or GED is required, with the ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
• Ability to calculate parts requirements.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
• Properly complete all required paperwork.
• Read through process manuals and record measurements.
• Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
• Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
• Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
