Job summary

Fortis Solutions Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the West Chester, OH facility. The role oversees the night shift (9:00pm–6:00am) in high‑speed flexographic printing, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a team of up to 30 employees.

The position is salaried with full benefits, including quarterly profit sharing, PTO, sick and holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with match. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School (or GED) required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in press operations within printing/packaging, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product quality and sign off on job paperwork.
• Control manpower, waste, overtime, and production efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot downtime issues and perform root cause analysis.
