Job summary

PCI Group in Irving, TX is seeking a Print Room Operator for a full-time, night shift role. The job involves printing jobs on OCE, Ricoh, and Xerox printers, performing QC checks, loading stock, and recording spool data. You will work under the Print Operations Manager in a busy print room.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years in a similar mail facility with experience on Xerox and OCE printers. Lifting and heavy physical work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar mail facility with working knowledge of Xerox and OCE printers.

Responsibilities

• Print all letter jobs as spooled to OCE, Ricoh and/or Xerox printers, including re-prints and test jobs.
• Quality inspect print jobs and assist QC procedures for all jobs from print machines.
• Assist with loading proper stock and set-up/adjustment of folder/cutters.
• Record data at the beginning and end of print jobs (spool files).
• Obtain stock from WIP area to ensure timely prints from Computer Room.
• Change form rolls at start of new jobs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
• Comply with security and compliance requirements.
