Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is hiring a Press Production Operator for the night shift. You will work on an offset press with a skilled team, ensuring quality and color consistency on every run.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing. You’ll cross-train, monitor print quality, manage inks and supplies, and contribute to meeting production goals. This full-time, rotating 12-hour shift includes every-other weekend with a competitive starting wage.

Responsabilités

• Assists Lead Operator with production of the job run.
• Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout the production process.
• Assist with inventory management for inks and production supplies.
• Cross-trains with Lead Press Operator to learn the functionality of the Offset Press.
• Works as a team member to meet production and company goals.
