Inland Packaging is hiring a Press Operator for the Day Shift in La Crosse, WI. The position supports a fast-paced, technology-driven production team and offers a starting wage of 23.96 per hour with rotating 12-hour shifts and every-other-weekend work.

You’ll assist with production runs, monitor print quality, help manage inks and supplies, and cross-train on the Offset Press. A high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Operator with production of the job run.
• Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout the production process.
• Assist with inventory management for inks and production supplies.
• Cross-train with Lead Press Operator to learn the functionality of the Offset Press.
• Works as a team member to meet production and company goals.
