Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Printing Press Operator for the night shift. You’ll join a skilled press team, operate state-of-the-art equipment, and help produce high-quality labels and packaging in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

The role offers a starting wage of $23.49 plus $1.00 per hour shift differential, with rotating 12-hour shifts including every other weekend. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available through dedicated development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists Lead Operator with production of the job run.
• Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout the production process.
• Assist with inventory management for inks and production supplies.
• Cross-trains with Lead Press Operator to learn the functionality of the Offset Press.
• Works as a team member to meet production and company goals.
