Job summary

Iconex is hiring an Assistant Press Operator for night shifts in Jefferson City, TN. You will assist with press setup, prepare materials, monitor quality, and label finished goods in a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule from 7 pm to 7 am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Monitor and document product quality.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts.
