Job summary

Iconex is seeking an Assistant Press Operator in Jefferson City, TN to learn the label manufacturing process and train on print presses. This growth position prepares materials, operates equipment, and ensures finished products meet quality standards customers rely on daily.

You’ll advance into higher responsibility roles with greater pay as you gain skills and reliability. Shift is 12 hours (7am–7pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule, with weekly pay and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation.
• Prepare materials and components for production.
• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.).
• Monitor and document product quality; package and label finished goods.
• Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts.
