Job summary

SPR Packaging, LLC is seeking a Press Mounter Assistant for the night shift in Rockwall, TX. The role supports mounting printing plates on prepared sleeves for multi-color press runs.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, gathering sleeves and proofs, setting up the proofer, mounting plates with proper registration, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have general printing experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates press schedules and prioritizes mounting of jobs.
• Reviews Work Order, Color Controls, Art Proofs, and Print Samples.
• Gathers components (sleeves, plates, proofs) for mounting and checks alignment.
• Sets up mounter proofer for micro-dot mounting following procedures.
• Mounts plates with proper registration and completes related paperwork.
