Job summary

Vestcom is seeking a Press Assistant for 2nd shift (Mon-Wed 6:00 PM–6:05 AM, Thu 6:00 PM–12:05 AM) with a $750 sign-on bonus. The role involves packaging, handling, and palletizing products off press, assisting in make-ready, running, maintenance, and safety compliance on a flexographic press.

You will learn the shop operations, QA/QC procedures, and support in meeting production goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and complying with safety policies across a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least six months experience as a Press Assistant.
• Candidate should embody Vestcom’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing a quality product per specifications.
• Support press operator and make-ready activities.
• Learn and follow QA/QC procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and use PPE.
• Meet production goals and follow instructions.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
• Attend to overtime or other shifts as needed.
