Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Mixing Room Operator in Cary, IL to operate production mixing equipment and document methods in accordance with cGMP practices. The role requires attention to detail, following work instruction sheets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include line setup, labeling, lot tracking, FIFO stock rotation, end-of-run reconciliation, and basic troubleshooting using HMIs. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience operating mixing production lines and following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure clean status of Mixing production lines.
• Verify license plates and lot statuses; ensure raw materials released for production.
• Perform FIFO stock rotation and reconcile product at end of run.
• Operate HMIs to troubleshoot and run mix systems.
• Disassemble/reassemble lines and perform minor maintenance.
• Handle material movement with equipment and perform cleaning validations.
