Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Mixing Room Operator in Cary, NC for an on-site night shift (11:00pm–7:00am, Sun–Thu). You will operate production mixing equipment to create bulk drug and cosmetic solutions, following SOPs and maintaining cGMP compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strict documentation, and ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with technicians and engineers to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and ability to follow work instruction sheets and Product History Records.
• Must adhere to cGMP practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain proper clean status of Mixing production lines.
• Verify license plates and status labeling; set up and close open lots; release materials for production.
• Rotate stock per FIFO SOP and reconcile product after a run.
• Operate HMI and troubleshoot basic mix systems; disassemble/reassemble lines.
• Perform cleaning of parts, operate CIP/COP, and handle line changeovers.
• Work safely and ensure equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and compliant with GMP.
