Qualifications

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions.

• Ability to resolve routine problems involving a few concrete variables.
• Ability to work in cold environments (approximately 40°F).
• Ability to stand, use hands, and perform repetitive tasks for 8–12 hours per day.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in close proximity to other team members (within 3 feet).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process product using knives, tools, and equipment per FDA regulations and quality standards.
• Follow established procedures to meet quality and production expectations.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting as needed.
• Follow all company policies related to safety, food safety, and quality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through cooperation with coworkers and leadership.
• Identify and respond to safety risks; model safe work habits.
• Participate in process improvement using continuous improvement methods.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and policies.
