Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect complex products following work instructions.
• Perform precision assembly with miniature components under a microscope.
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Identify defects and support corrective actions.
• Mentor and train junior operators and support workflow.
