Samtec, Inc. is seeking a skilled assembler to form complete units by fitting parts together at a bench. The role requires a solid understanding of operating all related machines and tools, with the ability to read assembly drawings and produce parts to precise tolerances.

The candidate must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, standing or sitting for long periods, and performing light maintenance while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Shift is 9:30pm–6:00am, Sunday through Thursday.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
• Experience with fabrication techniques and tooling.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Read assembly drawings and manufacture parts accordingly.
• Construct components to tight tolerances.
• May work with nonstandard materials and devise new procedures.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision and high complexity.
• Other duties as assigned.
