Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months manufacturing/warehousing experience required.
• CRC Bronze or higher certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• A. Checks the disintegrator oil levels and magnets at the start of each shift.
• B. Monitors weighing silo levels to determine shift production requirements.
• C. Verifies lot numbers on the Lot Designation Sheet and confirms panel setup.
• D. Ensures hopper is clean and empty to prevent contamination.
• E. Uses hoist to place sacks and empties into hopper.
• F. Verifies material tanks are empty before changing materials.
• G. Confirms correct silo is selected for material transport.
• H. Verifies material by color-coded tags, sacks, and stripes.
• I. Verifies disintegrator amperage is between 30–50 amps.
• J. Charges correct material into hopper or modori pieces into crusher.
• K. Completes paperwork and enters lot data into information systems.
• L. Maintains weighing line and batches according to instructions.
