Job summary

NGK Ceramics USA, Inc. in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Load/Unload Operator for the C shift (6:30pm–6:45am). You will load, unload, and move products in the kiln area to support safe, high‑quality ceramic production.

The role emphasizes following procedures, using transfer cars and pallet jacks, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment safety. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, 6 months warehousing experience, and relevant certifications; CRC Bronze or CPT preferred.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required job training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 6 months manufacturing/warehousing experience or equivalent.
• CRC Bronze or above.
• Preferred: Certified Production Technician program completion.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves products for kiln area operations per procedures.
• Operates hydraulic transfer car and pallet jack safely.
• Verifies tickets, loads/unloads per cycle, and maintains clean, undamaged products.
• Records data in CAPAC system and reports issues to leadership.
• Follows all safety and environmental guidelines and participates in 5S activities.
