TOPS Staffing in Glenshaw, PA is hiring a Powder Coat Painter for night shift 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Sundays through Thursdays.

You will operate in an environmentally controlled paint room, apply powder coatings to castings and stampings, and ensure quality standards while working in a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, can lift 50+ pounds, and stand up to 8 hours per shift; powder coating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto the conveyor line.
• Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets.
• Spray off debris from parts as they move through the line.
• Inspect parts carefully for defects.
• Load finished parts onto pallets for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company regulations.
