Job summary

Key tasks include inspecting and packaging finished products, helping the operator, maintaining clean work areas, and training fellow assistants while adhering to waste and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be detail conscious, quality control and safe production oriented.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product in a high-speed operation.
• Responsible for safety of yourself and others around you.
• Ensuring quality of the product being manufactured.
• Maintaining high awareness to waste and productivity standards.
• Training of other Pouch/Innolok Assistants in the position.
• Maintain housekeeping for assigned area.
• Assist operator on the machine.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.
