Job summary

Amcor’s Pouch/Innolok Assistant role supports high-value, high-speed pouch production on the Night Shift. You will help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while assisting the operator and training others.

We expect 1–3 months related experience (or training) and a High School Diploma or GED. You will participate in housekeeping, equipment support, and 24/7 shift readiness as part of a busy manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be detail conscious and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package finished product in a high-speed operation.
• Maintain safety of yourself and others around you.
• Ensure quality of the product being manufactured.
• Maintain high awareness to waste and productivity standards.
• Assist operator on the machine and train others as needed.
• Keep area clean and organized to support efficient production.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.
