Qualifications

• RN license required (NJ Board of Nursing) or Multistate License.
• NRP Certification required. BLS within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum and mother/baby care for a specified patient population.
• Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
