Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ, is seeking a Night Shift, Full-Time Post Partum Couplet Care Registered Nurse. The role involves direct patient care for postpartum patients and oversight of care given by other team members.

The RN reports to the Nurse Manager and collaborates with physicians and support staff to coordinate patient care. Requires graduation from an NLN/AACN-accredited program, NJ RN license, and BLS/NRP; 1–2 years Mother/Baby or Med-Surgical

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program.
• NRP and BLS certifications required.
• RN license with NJ Board of Nursing or multistate license.
• 1-2 years Mother/Baby and/or Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Completion of AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring course within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide postpartum care and caregiver duties for a specified patient population.
• Oversee and delegate care to other caregivers, with validation and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support staff.
• Report to Nurse Manager.
