Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have NRP certification.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey or multistate RN license required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Mother/Baby and/or Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Complete AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring Course within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for specific patient populations.
• Delegate and oversee care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Report to the Nurse Manager.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
