Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Must have NRP certification.
BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey or multistate RN license required.
1-2 years of experience in Mother/Baby and/or Medical-Surgical nursing.
Complete AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring Course within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
Provide care for specific patient populations.
Delegate and oversee care provided by other caregivers.
Coordinate patient care activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
Report to the Nurse Manager.
Skills
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
BLS certification
Mother/Baby nursing experience
