Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is seeking a Night shift Post Partum Couplet Care Registered Nurse in Westwood, NJ. You will provide direct postpartum care, coordinate with the care team, and support families during the hospital stay.

• Must be a graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in New Jersey or Multistate license per NCL standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct postpartum patient care to a defined patient population.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to team members; oversee care delivery.
• Facilitate communication among nursing staff, physicians, and support services.
• Report to Nurse Manager and maintain unit performance and safety standards.
